First, I want to take a moment to wish all of you a happy holiday season. I want to thank all my past, current, and potential future clients. Your referrals are always appreciated! 

I’ve been getting the question, now that we’re into the holiday season, about whether you should sell your home during the holidays. I have three major points to share about why it’s a good time to sell right now:

1. Less competition. Many people are under the impression that everyone takes their home off the market and that no one sells during the holidays. That is inaccurate. While many people do take their homes off the market this time of year, it’s a wonderful opportunity to put your home on because there’s less competition than in the spring. 

I want to thank all my past, current, and potential future clients.

2. Serious buyers. The buyers that are out looking for homes are serious buyers. With fewer homes on the market, you don’t see as many looky-loos. 

3. Low interest rates. The interest rates are favorable right now. We don’t know how they’ll change in the spring, so many people are taking advantage of the current excellent rates.
